In today’s business environment, organisations are required to operate under conditions of increasing complexity, uncertainty and continuous pressure. The demand for high performance now coexists with the need to ensure human well-being, psychological safety and responsible management. Within this context, leadership and governance are no longer merely administrative functions, but critical drivers of organisational resilience and long-term sustainability.
The vitally important program “Strategic Leadership and Governance for Human Flourishing and Organisational Resilience” has been designed for senior and executive leaders who are required to make decisions in high-pressure environments while maintaining organisational cohesion, trust and long-term performance.
The program focuses on connecting strategic leadership with:
- governance and managerial accountability
- human well-being and psychological safety
- organisational culture and sustainability
- the organisation’s capacity to endure, adapt and evolve
Through contemporary leadership frameworks and applied analysis of real organisational challenges, participants gain tools for strategic thinking and practical leadership intervention.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- interpret critical human and organisational indicators (pressure, engagement, culture and performance)
- make leadership decisions with ethical consistency, transparency and accountability
- design well-being policies that are meaningfully connected to organisational performance
- cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration and managerial integrity
The program has been approved as a Vital Importance Program by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) of Cyprus and is 100% subsidised for up to three participants per organisation.
Following completion of the training, each participating organisation is entitled to a 4-hour personalised advisory session with Professor Elena P. Antonacopoulou. The session focuses on a real organisational challenge, helping participants translate the learning into practical strategic actions within their own organisation.
The training and advisory session are delivered by Professor Elena P. Antonacopoulou, Professor of Management at the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo (Cyprus). An internationally recognised expert in strategic leadership, governance and organisational learning, she is the creator of the Management Manifesto and Sensuous Learning methodology and has advised organisations worldwide on responsible leadership, organisational resilience and human flourishing.
