Charakis Research & Consulting Ltd., the company providing consulting and research and development services with a presence in Cyprus and Greece for over 17 years, as well as a partner of the multinational company Gi Group SpA, in collaboration with CIBA and in response to the new conditions present the Online training Program of Vital Importance: «Assessing and Enhancing the Innovation Capability of SMEs – Increasing the Competitiveness of Small – Medium Enterprises».
The program “Assessing and Enhancing the Innovation Capability of Small Medium Enterprises – Increasing the Competitiveness of SMEs”, which is structured based on the Synolic® Model and the Synolic® Spectrum. The participants of this program, on one hand will be able to dynamically evaluate their capabilities for innovative and competitive approaches and on the other it will help them understand the ways and changes that are necessary for adapting and transforming their company in order to be able to innovate, develop new products or services so they can be competitive, productive and efficient.
The program is approved by the Human Resources Development Authority as Vital and is 100% subsidised for up to 3 executive stakes per company (excluding VAT). Due to the nature of the Programme and the high demand there is a limited number of seats.
The program will take place through the ZOOM platform on the following days:

Tuesday 16/11/2021 – 09:00-17:15
At the end of the seminar and upon agreement, each participating company will have a four-hour meeting with the trainer.
