Charakis Research & Consulting Ltd., in response to the new conditions, presents for the first time online the training Program of Vital Importance: “Innovative Approaches in Human Resources Management: Applying Modern Talent Management Practices in the Digital Era”.
In summary, this specialized programme is about the individualized and innovative approaches to attracting, developing, and productively utilizing the human resources in the service sector. As well it’s about creating the appropriate infrastructure and investing in knowledge management and developing high-knowledge personnel. It is based on the most modern and latest models of Evaluation of High Knowledge and Talent Personnel Development Framework, developed by specialized bodies and which aims and targets, among other things, the creation of specialized HR metrics and Analytics with the goal of creating value and competitive advantages.
Both the training and the consultation will be carried out by Dr. Anastasia Kynighou, Senior Lecturer in HR at Manchester Metropolitan University and a Scientific Associate of Charakis Research & Consulting Ltd.
